Abstract

Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia (KRI) dalam hal ini khususnya kapal selam sangat memegang peran penting dalam menegakkan hukum dan menjaga keamanan di wilayah laut yuridiksi nasional. permasalahan sering terjadi keterlambatan proses pemenuhan suku cadang baik sebelum ataupun selama KRI Kapal Selam melaksanakan tugas operasi di laut. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang tersebut di atas, peneliti mencoba menerapkan Teori Supply Chain Management (SCM) pada sistem perencanaan suku cadang yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi secara signifikan dalam usaha memenuhi dukungan kebutuhan suku cadang yang terintegrasi dari satuan-satuan pendukung perbekalan sampai distribusinya ke KRI Type Kapal Selam Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hubungan antara perencanaan terhadap kesiapan operasi KRI Kapal Selam belum maksimal karena masih terdapat 24,1 % faktor luar yang mempengaruhi perencanaan suku cadang. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh Nilai Korelasi Berganda (R) Variabel Penelitian yakni sebesar 0,573 untuk variabel Independen perencanaan. Ini mengandung arti bahwa variabel bebas perencanaan dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif sebesar 0,573 atau 57,3%. Variabel perencanaan bernilai positif hasil uji terhitung sebesar 9,056 lebih tingi dari pada T tabel sebesar 1,671 dan hasil uji signifikansi 0,000 lebih rendah dari pada 0,05.
